The Austrian composer Walter Benedikt (Benedict) was forced to flee from the Nazi regime in 1938, settled then in the United States. His works remained in Austria and will now be officially handed over to his descendants by Austrian Vice Chancellor Andreas Babler at the theater of the ACFNY. I will perform some of his beautiful flute and piano works with Stephen Ryan (piano)
